Illustrator
The Illustrator agrees to provide illustration services as described in this commission agreement between the Client and the Illustrator. By commissioning the illustrator, you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below.
DESCRIPTION
The illustrations will be digital only, RGB color profile, and in PNG image format.
Deliverables will be sent via email
Sketches will delivered within 1-2 weeks
1 (one), finished illustration will be delivered after 3-4 weeks after approval of sketchesPRICING
Rates are in USD (United States Dollar)
The base illustration price covers 1 (one) character, additional characters will incur 100% of the base price.
Additional fees of 20-30% may occur for 1) characters with high details in clothing, weapons, and accessories and 2) detailed lighting properties.PAYMENT
Payment is due in full upfront: via Paypal
Work will begin once payment has been received.
You have agreed to read the Terms of Service when payment is confirmed.
THE CLIENT
Agrees to provide a clear written description with image references for the requested character, in addition to detailed specifications for the commissioned work, such as size and resolution if desired.
May request up to 2 minor revisions to the commissioned work:
1 during the sketching phase and 1 before the final check.
May post the illustration on social media while giving authorship credit to the Illustrator
Reserves the right to request a full refund after 6 months of waiting, regardless of progress.
Reserves the right that if the Illustrator cancels the commission for any reason, a prorated refund will be provided based on the percentage of the work completed.
Is prohibited from editing, minting, reselling, auctioning, or claiming the finished piece as their own.
Is prohibited from feeding sketches, work-in-progress submissions, or the complete pieces to any AI or machine-learning platform.
ARTIST’S RIGHTS
Retains the copyright to all commissioned works, including preliminary sketches and drafts
Reserves the right to showcase the commissioned work (with watermark) in their portfolio, on their website, and in promotional materials unless the Client negotiates otherwise, in writing, which will incur a separate fee for private commissioned work.
Reserves the right to reject a commission request if the Artist cannot fulfill the Client’s standards.
Reserves the right to request additional fees when:
The Client requests more than the 2 revisions granted
A major revision request is asked after the final submission
Reserves the right of canceling and refunding a commission request fully under special circumstances.
Reserves the right to reject a refund request if the piece is fully completed.
